Without their coach, IZK win at Stade Marocain
Without Merouane Kherbache, who was unwell, IZK beat Stade Marocain 1-0 in Rabat on Saturday, thanks to a 50th-minute goal from Mohammed Moujahid. Two matches, two wins.
Merouane Kherbache was unable to travel with his team to the Chehoud stadium in Rabat on Saturday 3 October for matchday 2 of Botola Pro 2: the IZK coach was unwell and was taken to a clinic for tests.
His players held firm in his absence. Mohammed Moujahid scored the only goal of the game in the 50th minute, and IZK kept their lead until the final whistle.
After their win at Khénifra (1-2) on the opening matchday, the club made it two away wins in a row, this time without conceding.
